Send a request online or on WhatsApp. You get a client account to follow it.

Quotation
We review your needs and send a clear quotation to your client portal.

Accept & deposit
Accept it online and pay a 50% deposit. Then we start.

Build
We work in milestones. You see progress and dates in your portal.

Deliver
Testing, handover and training, with 90 days of bug-fix support.

Student projects

Do I get a quotation before any work starts?

Yes. Every project starts with a clear, itemised quotation showing the scope, price and timeline. Nothing starts until you accept it.

How do payments work?

Once you accept a quotation we start after a 50% deposit. The balance is paid when the project is complete, before handover or collection. You can pay by EcoCash or CABS bank transfer (USD or ZWG), and send the proof of payment on WhatsApp.

Do you support the system after delivery?

Yes. Every system includes 90 days of bug-fix support after delivery. After that we offer maintenance and support contracts, and we can add new features at any time.
