How long does a project take?
It depends on the size of the work. Small websites and student systems usually take 1 to 4 weeks; larger business systems take 1 to 6 months. Your quotation states the timeline, and your client portal shows the milestones and dates.
Do I get a quotation before any work starts?
Yes. Every project starts with a clear, itemised quotation showing the scope, price and timeline. Nothing starts until you accept it.
How do payments work?
Once you accept a quotation we start after a 50% deposit. The balance is paid when the project is complete, before handover or collection. You can pay by EcoCash or CABS bank transfer (USD or ZWG), and send the proof of payment on WhatsApp.
How do I get my client portal login?
When you request a project online, your username and password are shown to you straight away. Existing clients can ask us on WhatsApp to send their login details.
