Droom Dazlean Solutions ("we", "us") is a technology company at 28150, Unit L, Chitungwiza, Harare, Zimbabwe. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, our client portal (erp.droomdazlean.com), WhatsApp and our projects, and how we use and protect it.
2. What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, phone number, email, address, institution or company, and the details and documents of your project when you request a project or contact us.
- Client portal account: your username, a securely hashed password, your preferences and your sign-in history.
- Project and payment records: quotations, invoices, receipts, payments and the files we deliver to you.
- Website usage: this website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the website. The map on our contact page is provided by Google.
3. How we use it
- To prepare quotations and deliver, support and invoice your project.
- To give you access to the client portal and keep it secure.
- To contact you about your project, payments and collection.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
4. Sharing
We share information only when needed to provide our services: with our hosting and infrastructure providers, with WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to message us there, with payment providers when you pay, and with authorities when the law requires it. Student project details are never shared with other students.
5. How we protect it
Our systems use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls by role, and regular backups. Only staff who need your information for your project can see it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep project and financial records for as long as needed to support your project and as required for accounting and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
7. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
